XBOX: Hold both analogue sticks to the right, while pressing D-Pad left, and press A,x then START and depress the L + R analogue buttons at the same time.

PS2: Hold triangle and circle, then press start and d pad left at the same time, quickly followed by L£ L stick right, R stick up and R3+ select.
