I've given this a lot of thought. I myself have a widescreen TV and a nice 5.1 sound system to compliment my DVD, but I'd love a large projection screen and many other things that would go towards making my home more like an audio visual dream. I realise, however, that the amount of money I could spend on this (probably by starving myself for a couple of months and sitting in a freezing house) is more or less a bit extravegant for what I would really get out of it and the amount of hastle I'd get from having this monstrousity in the house anyway.
So at the moment I'm pretty happy to experience films with the technology I've already got, What I'm really interested in though is what have you got and what would be your ideal set up?
