Been having a look into the world of website making and now I think is the time to do it, but I know hardly anything about it. I'm crap at designing and i'm crap at HTML coding in general.
Yes I want to make a website, Yes I want to make it look good, But I know i'm rubbish at it.
I'm willing to learn though :)
Here's what I have so far, it looks pretty basic as you can see.

Can anyone provide any hints and tips to get me started? I wouldn't mind having the links section text get bigger or smaller when the mouse is ran over it.

Learn CSS as well as HTML as it's essential for the layout of your site, also you may want to look into JavaScript/Flash for those rollover effects you want.
