People have often mentioned how great it would be if there was one system that could play any game no matter what format it used.
Well I'm thinking one stage ahead with Isolinear Rods.
In Star Trek they can hold terraquads of Data which means you could store every game made so far onto them!
That would mean all you ahve to do is plug in the small isolinear rod into the small port in the console and away we go with the biggest games ever thought possible!
I know this can't happen right away cos we don't have the technology to make things so small hold so much data but this could happen in this century!
In fact you wouldn't need more than a few isolinear rods to hold all the data known to man on! This would enable 3D holograms that can interact with the user and would allow people to play sports and go adventuring without even leaving the home!
to those who go to Universal Studios to see some of the props used in Jurassic Park and to ride rides based on movies?
I wonder.....
All those people wearing those silly uniforms and colours that their heroes wear and buying flags, cups and stickers with the name of the group on.
All that staying in or going out in groups to watch their heroes on TV and not being able to miss them.
And not to mention trying to see them live and getting all those autographs. Really sad, I mean where else could you find something as sad as that?
I wonder.
Sniper. Try 10 deep breaths and then post. You might find it more theraputic.
These are the voyages of startled Edgy. His mission, to boldly go and play something more interesting than current technology, where no one has played before.
(cue music..)
And nano storage...
So hopefully soon, we'll have more space floating about than we know what to do with...
