Ever since using it on my laptop (it doesn't accept Ps/2 connection) it occasionally skips i.e. the movement of the cursor isn't smooth. Does anyone else have the same problem?

I got a USB to PS/2 one, they gave it away with the mouse... I'll have a look round.

I did with a USB mouse last year, just went back to PS/2 mouse - but you don't have that choice !

Mind you you can probably get a PS/2 to USB adaptor ?
