Need a bit of help from you lovelly people.

First off, my hotmail account is dead. I can get into my inbox but whenever I click on a new email to open it or to create a new email or, well, anything, I get a little "Error" message and an exclamation mark in a yellow triangle in the bottom left of my browser.

Is hotmail generally being spasticy or is something up with my computer? HELP

Also, how do I go about creating a new login profile for XP because I'm back to sharing the family computer until I get a router to stick into mine, and I want to customise the background and stuff without the old man complaining.

Thanks in advance.

Well, you see, my sisters hotmail works on this very computer.

Me thinks it is an account problem.

Bah.
It mustn't be installed.
This is why we need the disk, you see, to install it.

Its [email protected]

Its what I have as my tagline, over there *points*. I just can't fit the ".com" bit in.

Ok, that's no problem.
Go to Program Files, and the folder simply "MSN".
In it should be a file called "MSN Explorer".
Run it, and go through set up.

Euch.

Right.
Do you have the XP disk?
Is it XP Home or Pro?

Right.

If it's XP, you should have MSN Explorer built in.
Run that on your account, and do what you have to to set it up etc.

There's a Hotmail E-Mail function through that. Try that.

Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.
Easy and free service!
I think it's fab that you provide an easy-to-follow service, and even better that it's free...!
