"games-whats happening to them"

I was just thinking about some games that are being released and they are either being taken from films or they are just sequels, does any else find a bit boring? Games designers who make games which are movies create these games but they trail away from the films and put their own ideas into the games, why don't they just create a different game instead of taking the idea from the movie i'm sure that the game would be alot better if they made the games from their own ideas. Sequels what do you all think of them? It's ok create one sequel to the original game but 4 or 5 and even 6 doesn't that just get slightly boring. Actually boring isn't the appropriate word they just plain old crap I've played all of the the Tomb Raider series and Tomb Raider 1 and 2 were good but 3 and 4 were plain old boring, and with Crash Bandicoot most of them i couldn't even stand playing thme for an hour. The good thing about the Final Fantasy series is that they never have the same characters and the stories are always different and it's an RPG (my favourite type of game) This is the main fault with the PS2 most of the games that are coming out on the release date are sequels and the others are ment to be crap. Thats why the at the moment i prefer the DC because alot of the games on this console are exciting and they have smoother graphics than on the PS2. Anyway an yone seen pictures for the World is not Enough it doesn't seem anything like the film what is the point of creating it if it's nothing like the film so i just hope it will be a good game but it won't be anything compared to Perfect Dark. Another thing about this game is that they are releasing it on the PS1 and the PS2 whats the point? why don't they just release it on the PS2? I hope in the future that in the near future the games will be b alot better than what they are at the moment on the PS2 and less sequels and more new ideas.
