When 'Relax' by Frankie Goes To Hollywood and 'God Save the Queen' by The Sex Pistols were released, people bought them rapidly because they were so controversial. And as was government policy at the time, they were banned.

If they fit the flamethrower on the top and use a lawnmower engine then yes, unless it gets flipped on its back. They could combat that by painting it purple but that will lose the camoflague appeal.
