So.. what?! Are humans being tested now for effects from drugs?
Was just reading a site about it. And it's based in Cambride; GSK.

Um.. That's a little rough! You think, "Hey! I could die from this and not know I'm allergic to it!".. but apparently, these people perform all sorts of tests on you before you take part. A human lab rat. Wow!

I was going to apply to a testing thing but for some reason I didn't. Can't remember why.
Was something like £400 just to pop a few pills for a few weeks, then give like a bunch of blood....

Hmmm I do need some cash actually.....

Pff, people complain if things are tested on animals, people complain if things are tested on people.

Women!

People can be tested on all they like, its their choice. If its not voluntary then thats a different matter.

Human testing is better than animal testing.
Because we've got free will - no-one forcing them to sign up. (well, they may be. But I doubt it).

And if the drugs or whatever works, then they'll probably work on all humans.

Plus you get to feel like you're in some cheesy Manga movie and being secretly experimented on by the government. And stuff.

Anything from £100 to £1000 a day, apparently. But one day's hours are something like 7:30am to 9pm, so wouldn't be suprised. Giving up your whole day's time to do something possibly deathly!!

I'm all for human testing.

If they're stupid enough to do it, when shouldn't they put through excruciating pain?
