tampon adverts, that advert with a guys bare ass being paraded all over the show (Lacoste I think), hair care adverts (all of em), yes car credit

Loans. Infact most adverts are annoying since they're generally stopping me from watching what I want to be.

But that's what adverts are supposed to do, be remembered. The advertiser will annoy you or just make something memorable to get it into your head, then hopefully, you'll want the product/service.

Being annoying is the wrong way to go about it. I don't buy things from people who annoy me.
