BTW, watch out when you play with AI teammates; if one's using the turret, they have a tendency to be wildly off target, meaning they often hit you.
£50 seems a bit step, do you think they upped the price because of the content?? Banjo Tooie and most other new N64 releases at £40.
There are times though when the price of a game doesnt matter - I would pay £100 to get a copy of CBFD!!!
But good for you Monster you won't be disappointed gameplay terms.
Based on reviews that say 20 hours is about your limit on conker, I'd expect to see one or two rare second hand copies available within three months of release.
And of course there'll be loads returned but disgruntled parents who couldn't be bothered to read the back of the box!
I got zelda 7 months after it came out for 15 quid! This was from a local independant games shop. The game and box are mint and it came with instructions.
Also if it wasn't for a huge amount of personal debt, I could have bagged tons of bargains down my local car boot as well. Amongst some of the gems were a megadrive castlevania and a mint dk country 2. All you need is a sharp pair of elbows...
Pick up a 2nd hand N64 for £30, and the game for £20.
Then you can also pick up other N64 games at bargain prices.
Though in 6 months time there should be plenty of PS2 games about to keep you busy.
Okay, talk someone else into buying it, then borrow N64 + game.
