I have to do an essay tomorrow for English on John Donne's poem Diving Meditations 10 - Death Be Not Proud. The essay question is :
Choose a poem in which the poet has created a perfect blend of form and content. Show how the poet achieves this and discuss how it adds to your appreciation of the poem. In your answer you must refer closely to the text and to both the poems Structure and Imagery.
Unfortunately I am horribly under prepared and if anyone else has any useful notes or has done any work on this poem before could they post them here? It's not technically cheating if I just read them over and learn from that. Anyway any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
