I hope that the next generation consoles get it right where it really matters. Games. As much as I'd like to see some really original and innovative ideas I do fear that some developers are trying to add too much realism to games. This is fine as long as it isn't done at the expense of fun. I can just imagine games in which you live a normal life, go to work, go shopping etc. Who wants that? I want games to be exciting and not caught up in the reality of events. I like being able to kill the bad guys with one or two shots but be capable of being shot 10 times without any consequences.

Wow, it's almost two months since I wrote this, ah the memories. Who would have thought back then that things would turn out the way they have. Of course, it was so much better in those days....
