What's the point in that?
The only conceivable use I can think of is to swim with dangerous aquatic life without fear of limb removal, unless you purchase it along with a couple of 50m depth underwater habitats, and use it as a mode of transport to get between them.
But even so, who says a shark won't still attack you in it? I doubt it's designed to take much of a beating against a bite that can exert several tonnes of pressure per centimetre. You'll also need to be a qualified Scuba diver in such a thing anyway, due to the necessary emergency procedures. Plus, if you use that thing to look at aquatic life, you won't be able to get nearly as close to most of it as you would by just diving normally.
