I was wanting to play an old demo called Motorhead but when I try to extract it I get the message "Could not create destination file C:WINDOWS\TEMP\DATA.TAG. Error number: 13", and then another message after that says "Extract failed: return from extract=-8". Does anyone know what this means and how to get round this problem?
It could have been mooched. You may be open open the exe in WinRAR or WinZip.

My OS is Win98 SE and I have 13.5 GB free hard drive space. The file is a self extracting zip file I think (.exe extension).
