'Staff' your domain "freeola.info" is unavailable ! whois shows the status to be "PENDING DELETE RESTORABLE". This domain is used for most of your contact links (along with a load of other stuff). I managed to find a contact that didn't involve this domain so I emailed you quite a while a go.
Your status page says there are no problems, with the links to contact you all broken. I suggest if you can't reinstate the domain (need to talk to the registrar?) then you at least mention the problem on your status page and update the links on that page so that people can contact you if required ?!
PS. ALso mentioned this in the SR Site Bugs - Customer service forum...
But doesn't appear these are monitored very closely.

Sorry about the lack of response in this forum. I appreciate all efforts to bring this problem to my attention.

Thankfully, the problem was spotted separately and resolved but unfortunately, due to staffing issues in the department at present we were unable to spend as much time on the forums as we would have liked.

Yes, I posted this over the weekend - it's been resolved now (Tuesday).
Shame freeola didn't have the decency to respond, I was trying to help, but now I'm beginning to wonder why...
