I'm going to post these two examples of its lack of brilliance.
#1 - I'm typing the word "I'm", but i leave out the "'", giving me "Im" word guesses "Imp"
#2 - my presonal favorite, I'm tiping the word "here's" as in here is, I again miss out the "'" giving me "heres", word guesses "herpes". Brilliant.
So, I wonder, what mistakes have you encountered in Word?
I too have laughed at the many common suggestions it has provided me with, and have dismissed them despite their hilarity.
