I'm using word at the moment and I've noticed the more than useless spell cheker!

I'm going to post these two examples of its lack of brilliance.

#1 - I'm typing the word "I'm", but i leave out the "'", giving me "Im" word guesses "Imp"

#2 - my presonal favorite, I'm tiping the word "here's" as in here is, I again miss out the "'" giving me "heres", word guesses "herpes". Brilliant.

So, I wonder, what mistakes have you encountered in Word?

Sure, they were funny suggestions, but he implied they were mistakes, and therefore was being rather critical to a product he probably can't even comprehend.

I too have laughed at the many common suggestions it has provided me with, and have dismissed them despite their hilarity.

I think he's just having a bit of fun with telling you the daft suggestions it came up with.

Spell checker is primarily designed to check spelling mistakes.

Mr. Pink, I fail to see where MS Word's spell checker has made any mistakes in those two cases.

Oh, unless you think it should be telepathic.

Japanese tourists always have huge maps. And friendly London-ers to point them in the right direction (while stealing their bags).
