Following on from pb's Windows 7 on a budget thread, I thought it was worth mentioning www.software4students.co.uk who sell numerous software applications - Microsoft Office to Adobe Photoshop.
Standard MS Office is £35 etc. etc.
You need to register on the site and have to be or have a child or grandchild in education to qualify.
It seems too good to be true but it all checks out!
I've bought 4 or 5 batches of s/w for people I know (families that qualify) and everything arrived and worked!
Microsoft even link to them so it must be legit ;¬)
