Now on Amazon I'm listening to little snippets of the songs and they are amazing!
There's one particular song called Svefn g englar on the album Agaetis Byrjun.. it's so familiar. Can't figure out whether it's from a movie or advert. Like Vanilla Sky or The Good Girl. Wow.. again!
Must get the album!
Anyone else like?

Very cool! Just saw a piccie of him too, looks interesting! Might *try* and find one and give it a go!
Heh thanks people.
Iceland-ish is their nationality - Ms NY.
(is iceland-ish a nationality?)

Me too. Didn't actually cry though, but it was a song that you *could* cry to. Viðrar vel til loftárása.. What nationality are they?! I *really* wish I could understand what these guys are saying!
G'luck dude, whatever it is.
Listening to it now makes me physically cry. Going through a difficult period in life lets say.
It's great stuff, was used in Vanilla Sky I believe. Tom Cruise is a big fan or something.
Nice? Perfect? It's quite beyond words.
Now go listen to some Bjork too - similarly brilliant, similar sort of style, similarly overlooked (though a millions times better know). Oh, and I also always hate both’s tunes first time round, but fall in love after a few listens.
