fast paced arcade action, based around ice hockey (duh :) ).
think "redcard on ice" :)
there's a TON of stuff to unlock so you won't get 100% completion any time soon and it's balanced enough so you never feel cheated when you start to lose. It's responsive, fast, heavy hitting and a LOT of fun. do yourself a favour and pick up a copy as soon as you can!!
