Ah, but a more accurate version of that is what I always said to myself
"If I don't know it now, I'll never remember it a week after the exam. However, by then I couldn't care less because I'll have aced the exam anyway."
Hence last mintute revision is a fabulous thing. Cram as much info as you can into your short term memory, and you're away.

I'm sitting in my room at uni, typing this while eating a pack of Maryland cookies! Plus dinner is in 30 mins, I'm such a rebel!
