Aint it a great feeling?

Sifitng through your vast collection of vinyl or CD's and finding an album that you grew up listening to, finding that CD that made you think or cry finding the decent music that used to be around.

Today I found "Prodigy - The Fat of the Land" buried in the vat of a room of mine, shoved it in the stereo and listened to a top quality band playing some awesome tracks.

So - The moral of this post, hve you found any decent old albums and started listening to them again? Give them a mention in this thread

Generation Terrorists by the Manic Street Preachers. Ten years old and still one of the best albums I own. Motorcycle Emptiness still sounds great and it was a travesty that it did so badly in the charts. One of the best debut albums by any band, ever. Shame they've gone downhill recently but they're going to call it a day soon and just let everyone remember the good songs. Hopefully.

`3 Dollar Bill, Yall$´ by "Gimp Pimpshitt".

Haven't listened to this in a long while, but I still think it's alright, and much better than they're Chocolate Starfish CD!

But I'm not gonna go anywhere NEAR their new one!! :S

anyone know what the song is, and the artist, from the fiat punto advert, where the guy is asleep and his bird is driving down steps and stuff.

Eh?

I guess they must have been around since the mid-90s.

Mm, such a nice feeling listening to old albums. Brings back plenty of memories.

Haven't got a clue how old Aqualung are, but I remember hearing them on a film and downloaded all their stuff. Now listening to them again.. t'is nice!
