Theres something called "Career mode", can you find it?
It may be a little tough at first to find career mode, but using my special cheat I'll help you find it.
1) Go to game modes
2) Pick career mode
Thats it, thats the cheat!
You can now make your players "do skills" and using this cheat it will help you with the task of "taking players on".. Oh my what a great little cheat I discovered there.
If your still having problems with that cheat, the instruction manual might have illustrations to help you with this difficult cheat.
If you found that hard to understand/read/sing/grunt (delete as appropiate), maybe this will help.
GO 2 DA STRT MENU + PIK GAME MODES DEN PIK CAREER MODE
