Just an excuse to give comments of the up and coming 12 months really. I have only just heard about the Mini-PS2, I don't know what the point is. It may get rid of the Radiator look but it will be even more expensive for sony and they will not be able to charge the same price they do for the current PS2. And hey, if Sony can make such a powerful machine, not even looking at the Gamecube, then why is the X-Box so big? I went to Microsoft to find out, but as soon as I got to the airport I had to be in for tea so i figured...'stuff it!'
But anyway, A Ps2-2 hey, could be interesting. I bet they did it to compete with the Gamecube, and it just goes to show wo Sony think are the biggest threat! They haven't made it bigger to compete with the X-Box....NOOOOOO they are trying to eliminate Nintendo but that won't happen. Nintendo have had about 4 years trial with the N64, all the research and opinions have been heard and the result? A, dare I say it, 'Super' Nintendo wonder machine. I am looking forward to the Gamecube, I think it will revolutionise gaming big time...
I still don't know whether Conker is coming to the UK, THQ are supposed to be releasing it but going from SR to other websites confuses me...:P!!! The whole Sega thing seems to have died down a bit, don't you think...they were in the headlines and now other than the news of PSO 2 and Shenmue 2 they seem to be hiding amongst the.....bushes...the question is.....who with? Are sega plotting revenge on Sony...probably not but hey, they have to to co-incide with someone in the future, who is it going to be?
I still can't believe that we're not going to see EVO in the GBA, it looked ace and although the pixels weren't there to give us even PSX graphics it still looked good. The news of 2 new GBA zelda's is good, shame they aren't on the N64 but I suppose putting them on a GB cart is investment for the future.
Q: Is there one format of GBA or are there 2-3, If there is one that is great, I will get my GBA from SR but then any exclusive Jap and US titles I will import...i hope!
Where is Toe Jam and Earl 3, I love that series, I want it...what are JUP Enterprises playing at? Any news or has this one hit the rocks???...any one know????
Anyway, that is enough rambling for one day and I didn't even to go into half the cool stuff, other than the US Gamecube Launch has been brought forward!!!!!!! The Yankees across the pond will see Nintendo's new 'cube' (lol) of tricks this SEPTEMBER, and so hopefully Father Christmas will have a few to hurl down some chimneys! Namely Mine!!!
