Nice. Now I can add a half-decent elliptical cross-trainer to my collection of weights and electrolisis equipment. Wide open carpet space for push ups and stretches, trainer for cardio exercise and moving on to my weights and stuff for building.
I rock.

Yeah, the £250 would come in handy.

My dad has a TENS machine for his arthritic legs which works along the same lines, i put it on my arms one day and turned it on, a little later my arms felt ok again so i went to turn it off, i swivelled the dial the wrong way and put it on full strength. The pain in my arms meant i really couldnt manage to switch it off so i decided to pull off the sticky pads.
Unfortunately the conductive sides were exposed to my fingers when i tried to pry them off and my fingers were in agony, so there i was dancing around like a mong trying to flick the sticky pads off of my fingers whilst being shocked every 1.5 seconds.

And this sounds hilarious.

Potato, potarto.
Do they tone muscle? Yes.
Do they reduce fat? No.
I wore my slendertone flex three time a day for about 15 weeks, and I could feel the difference in the muscle tone, but the flab covering my now superb six pack remains.
Also, be wary of the electolisis things where you strap the things all over your body. One slip of the controls can induce painful spasms. One time, I was reading a book, letting my pads do the work on my arms, hest and legs, and I felt a twinge in my arm, so I turned it down a bit, then felt twinges ni both arms and my left leg. I thought, screw this, and pushed the strength for all the pads down to the bottom. Belatedly, I realised that the control module was upside down, and before I could rectify my error, I was sent into violent and painful spasms, as my arms flapped about, my legs vibrated wildly and my hands sort of inverted themselves, spastic like. A few seconds later, it was all over, but I still carry the emotional scars.
