Well i know how to work dreamweaver but the problem is i need to design a navigation bar so i use Adobe photoshop to design a navigation bar but i have to design a side bar and a top bar separately but i want these merged together!

Yea i was aiming for something like that.
Slap images in
tags and align them absolutely on the page where you want them to go? Position them so they line up next to each other, and design the graphics so they look like they are merged (like SRs blue top/side bar)? This is the best way I can think of after spending about 0.0254 seconds chewing on the problem.
