I only bought Timesplitters this morning and already I like it more than most of the PS2 titles Ive got - Why didnt I get it earlier??
The story and single player mode is a tiny bit disappointing but other than that this is an exceptional game!! Lets hope they bring out a sequel!!

I dont have a multi-tap yet - Thats one of the next things on my shopping list!!
I have been playing Perfect Dark lately, not since I got Timesplitters - It was in my opinion one of the best FPS around so it will be interesting when I pick up again - If Timesplitters did have more of a story mode then it would surely have been one of the best around, its not far off now mind!!

I totally agree! The game is fantastic.
Do you have a multi-tap? If so, 4-player deathmatches are the best around!
Lastly, a bit of advice. If you have an N64 with Goldeneye or Perfect Dark, and think they are the best FPSs anywhere (which I did for a long time), take a long break after TimeSplitters until you play Perfect Dark. I played the two games one after another, as above, and was shocked at how slow PD was after TS. It was like playing in slow-motion, and it has ruined my image of PD. As a result, I no longer see any point in the N64, because its best game just isn`t special to me anymore.
