Old news... but I'm not sure if anybody knows. Red Jade was canned, because, I think, Erikson's profits are down.
Check IGN for details which I can't be bothered to type, OR copy and paste... :0)
One would hope that women would act differently to men when in romantic relationships with one another but from what I gather from all the lesbians that I have known throughout my adult life this is not the case.
Your comments on the exploitation of the female body within the film are totally on point. This is evidence of the failure of the sexual revolution for both gay and straight women alike. Sexual independence for us simply creates a bigger pool of conquests/objects for predators. As for your comments on the lack of female solidarity within this film, this utopia does not exist off-screen so why portray it on the screen; and perhaps the lack of it is a political comment in itself that you missed as you went for the more reactionary approach. Any type of solidarity ignores certain fundamental flaws in human nature, such as the pursuit of personal happiness at the expense of others; or in fact the delusion that your own happiness can only be obtained by destroying someone else’s.
