I hear all these people saying that the N64 has had it's day and that it should step down and i've heard that. But it looks like many shops don't understand. I went to Woolworths one day and I saw Resident Evil 2 for N64. Great I thought must be quite cheap now.Not the Case. it was selling for £54.99!!!!!!!
Can you believe that? And then about a month later the copy was still there at the same price!
I asked the shopkeeper ,who looked like a geek, why it was still this expensive and he just said that it was a new and good game! I can tell you thAT IT WASN'T NEW THATS FOR SURE!
Blimey, I've bought F-ZERO X for ten quid and they sell that for over fifty?
The thing is most games are dissapering from shops cause they don't buy any more stock. So this means that they're more expensive.(well in my case anyway!)
Sometimes games are cheap and sometimes they're reallydamn expensive. It's driving me round the bend!
But I guess that's the way it goes in shops.
£54,99!!!!!!!!!!!!! GOD!

N64 games are cheaper you know, examples why not buy online or go look in second hand shops.

A good place to look is your Local Blockbuster for old games, theyre usually willing to sell a few old games at reasonable prices. Never by a game from the highstreet stores unless theyre dirt cheap (usually old!), as for the new games your better off mail ordering from SpecialReserve.

In Woolworths in Cambridge they were selling Extreme G2 for £54.99 recently.

By comparison I bought Wayne Gretzky Hockey '98 for £7.99 from SR.

The answer. Don't but from Woolworths without checking prices elsewhere first.
