I just got an N-Gage today and at first I thought "Wahey lets put on some MP3's" then however I realised I needed to buy an alternate memory card to do so...I think not. I found out that the N-Gage has 30 MB of memory to be shared with all the graphics, sound files, trailers etc. No I didn't want tiny little trailers of other N-Gage games I could buy so I deleted a couple of them and found that I had pretty much all the memory to be used. (and I didn't even lose any cool little background graphics) Then I went on to realise that the radio on the N-Gage is AM so it gives you brilliant quality and that you can record songs from the radio. All I had to do was listen to the top ten songs on my local radio station and record them. And I still have memory to spare (Ok i only recorded two of them because I had to do something else but you get the jist). I suppose this isn't really significant but I thought I'd mention it as it seems stupid to me that Nokia are trying to flog people these memory card when you have 30Mb already.

N-Gage is useless.

Just get a good Nokia phone and MP3 player.

I can't understand how people make do with those 64 or 128Mb players. 30? It's nothing!

Free makes everything happy.

30MB of music is nothing, especially at a decent 128 bit rate.

Ah, it's okay for free, after all anything is okay for free (within reason), especially with eBay :)

So that's 501 Ngage users in the UK now then ?

It's not all that significant, my ancient stereo can also record from the radio by old fangled tape, or straight to the soundcard.

I say, as do many, Ngage is insanely over priced. For 229 you could get a cheap decent Nokia, GBA SP, and an MP3 player with more than 30mb memory (that's like one album isn't it ?).

It's also not significant because not many have the N gage anyway.
