Now some regulars may remember me going over this in the past about how most of the gaming companies are only interested in the profit! but I am going to stray from this subject and talk about the money YOU spend in a lifetime of gaming! Well you may not know it yourself but you will spent a fortune on consoles/games/pc/hint books/internet
JUST TAKE A FEW MINUTES AND THINK OF WHAT YOU HAVE SPENT IN YOUR LIFE SO FAR!
Well mine is not that large, compared to many of yours will be! (£2000 - maybe) well think about it... Would you say it is all worth it? I would say it was and some reasons may be!
From when I was just a young boy, I have loved videogames, the firt being my ATARI, and a pirate copy of 'Sensible Soccer' it has brung me thousands (literally) of hours of joy and happiness! after that it was my PC and Fifa 96, I loved that game ...:D well I won't bore you with my life story of gaming but along the years the games have brought me happiness, and in many cases a break from reality. You may argue also made me smarter, (HONEST) but then again you cold argue it has made me a trifle insane!
Well as I am famous for my theories and conclusions on this forum, I would have too say that although I have spent a fair amount of money on software/hardware I would need to say:
IT WAS/IS WORTH EVERY PENNY!

I have spent alot of my money on games.
1) Because they are the most expensive thing i buy.
2) Because i need a new game every month or so.
You might find it's the same for everyone else but don't be shocked this is what we spend most of our money on and most of our time on.
Gaming is a expensive entertainment to get, because many of the consoles and games are a new thing in some people's lives. some people didn't even have a console years ago because as it stands still gaming is a futuristic kind of entertainment.
