Well my description of a townie is, short hair (maybe hat on backwards), rings, chains, short trouser, a tight fit T-shirt.
And they walk around and say "It's bloody bling innit my son"
What on earth is "a townie" ? No one around where I live uses the expression, in fact this forum is the only place I've heard it used.
