Hi,

Is it possible for trojans on your local system to directly/indirectly inject code into your own web space?

It's possible for a Trojan to do anything you can do on your local machine if it is able to gain deep enough access, but its more likely to log your keystrokes/scan your network connections for connection data and pass that onto an individual or group to make use of (the same is true of credit card and other financially sensitive data).
