Plans were unveiled to close a hospital in Glasgow dedicated to sick children and also a maternity hospital.
I for one know many people who have benefited from the excellent care provided at Yorkill hospital for sick children.

All I ask is that you sign the petition here, will only take a moment and could help save a few more of those in need.

Yeah does seem really stupid. Read it in the paper and couldn't believe it.

Thanks to those who signed, hope that it does cause those with the say to change their minds.

I signed. I live in Glasgow after all.

It is downright stupid. For those whos geography is non existant, Yorkhill is north of the river. EVERYTHING is getting concentrated at the Southern General, south of the river.

At peak times it can take more than half an hour to get through the Clyde Tunnel (near the Southern General) and the same to get over the Kingston Bridge which requires a longer journey. Or you go through the city centre.

Bit like saying that if you lived in Waterloo say, that the nearest hospital for you would be St Barts. Now imagine that in rush hour.

Fools.

Very pleased
Very pleased with the help given by your staff. They explained technical details in an easy way and were patient when providing information to a non expert like me.
Brilliant service.
Love it, love it, love it!
