My thoughts exactly.
JC is English, the film should be set in England and it should be directed by someone decent who has a track record in gritty dramas rather than superhero films. Just because Hellblazer is a comic, doesn't mean it has anything to do with Superheroes (other than the obligatory cross-overs with Swamp Thing et al).
