With 4 top-titles in mass production in Japan, all this Handheld heaven isn't too far away...

This is true ... and happens currently with GB/GBC titles... however theresalso a massive 'western' market, that'll grow very quickly this side of the planet...
Some of my favourite GB/GBC games are updates of 8-Bit computers/Amiga titles...
Many of whihc are comming from British companies, and most of which will never see the light of day in Japan...
