I'm thinking of buying a web address through special reserve but want to know a few details first.
Firstly, how do we upload stuff? I heard a while back that you had to use Special Reserves ISP dial up to able to upload files. Is this still true or can you upload with any ISP?
Also, do you need a dedicated FTP program? Or can you upload stuff from a web site, like with Yahoo. If an FTP program is needed, where can I get a free one?

You still need to dial up to Freeola (or use their broadband) yes.
IIRC there isn't a web-based upload, but I would recommend you use a dedicated FTP program regardless.
