Now, we all know there are many bands who base themselves on a singer-songwriter in their band, and when the band split up that main guy goes into his own career. So, who d'you think, when their band is through, will go into a solo career? Moi? Not sure...

And on the subject of the word solo, go on, tell us, what's your fave guitar solo? And why? Please do say! I'd have to go for the Sympathy for the Devil solos and probably the one in Black Hole Sun.

And talk about other solo stuff. Yeah.

Billy Corgan will hopefully go solo after Zwan split up.

Rob Zombie quit White Zombie in 1997 to have a succesful solo career, and Ozzy Osbourne quit Black Sabbath in 1979 and also had a great solo career; He came back to Sabbath in 1997.

And best solo- Jeez, so many to choose from! I'd have to say the ones in 'Disposable Heroes' and 'Hit the Lights' by Metallica, or the solo from 'Devil and Daughter' by Black Sabbath.
