When up my nose.

I was walking to school when i felt something cold go up my nose, i think it may be a fly.
But anyways it won't move, it tasts bad, and for some reason is making me feel a little ill.
It hurts too.

Um, any good ways to get it out, it's not like in the nose, it's more like up the very top, towards the top of the throat area.
