I do have a free website which has little space and want to transfer the stuff to the new one.
I have sat here driving myself crazy as I don't know where to start.
I have no experience of building a site like this.

Hi dragracer - welcome to the forums!
To move your website content you will have to use FTP to 'propagate' your new web space. I use and recommend FileZilla a free FTP application. If you keep copies of the site on your PC you just need to FTP them to Freeola...
