I am advised that page rank can be split up between pages ? so the less pages you have the higher the page rank can be ?

Unless internal links for each page link back to the home page?

Would the menu bar be an internal link or do you need to add links to the home page text?

I wouldn't worry about Page Rank - just concentrate on adding decent relevant content - that's the best advise I can give.
