Imagine the scene, come next year hopefully all of us will own a Snes128, themost playable console in the world ever, new genres, new ideas, and one vital ingrediant: Nintendo.

The Snes128 is going to be quite amazing if all goes to plan, the heldheld called the GBAdvance will work as a control and give the player hints on what to do.

It doesn't take any format of game we have seen before, small optical disks that are reduced from DVD material, what does that mean, more imformation on the games? who cares about the imformation, I care about the actual games, because at the end of the day, that is what the future of gaming is all about, I don't want a console that flies and makes bread and tea, I don't even want a console that has plays DVD and Minidisk and has specs of over 1Ghz.

The SNES128 is so neat it is only 8'' big and is shaped like a cube, with a handle for portability, the problem being that if anyone buys it they will put it in one place and play and never move the console ever again, There really is no need for the handle!

A handles story.

'My PS2 plays DVD's' er- said
'My Snes128 has a handle' no said
'Let me have a look' er-said
'Oh my God, I have to get one' er-said seriously

I think that Nintendo have learnt from previous mistakes and the SNES128 will be no mistake. This kind of article and topic is written everyday, so I wont type much more, just give the SNES128 a chance and it will suceed.

What the hell is a SNES128 well its what I'm going to call the Gamecube. Why? because I love my SNES, and dont want the Legend to ever end (sorry Soul Calibur)

Thanks for reading
er-no

P.S I could have typed so much more, but it has all been said before, so I will leave it short and sweet!

I'm quite sure that Nintendo were thinking of re-releasing the SNES 2 years ago! Does anyone know anything about that?

I play Mario 3 on the SNES.

I have always wanted a NES and I still do!

I keep looking in the local papers for people who are selling their NES's with loads of games and 2 controllers.

The SNES was great. I miss mine. Got a PS when it first came out, but I kept my SNES. Of course, what would go and happen? That's right, I finally wore the tired thing out; it shut down and couldn't be revived. Man, I miss that system.

thanks for agreeing, i was not sure how people would take it, If the GameCube is anything like a SNES then it probably would be the best console ever.
I don't really like sequels, but this is one I am prepared to take aboard,
The SNES128

'Spectacular Nintendo Entertainment System 128'
has a ring to it. :P

You're right it has been said before however not as a SNES sequel.

I think it is better being known as a sequel to the most popular non-handheld console!

one of my members of my discussion board puts in her signiture message "Long live the SNES"

the SNES was probably the greatest non-handheld games machine ever!

It may not have been the first but to me it's one of the best.

I'm not a fan of topics repeating themselves on here but I agree totally with this message!
