Well there are different reasons acording to nintendo. The best is for 1080 Snowboarding "As it is not snowing in the UK we will push it back to the winter so people will be in a more wintery mood to buy it". If Nintendo plan to get any where with the Gamecube they should make the release dates closer together, not months apart, as this will make people lose interest in the game and when it eventually comes out over here, no one will bother buying it as they can't be arsed to, or they get it imported. It will be even worse with the GC as people WILL work out how to copy the games and Nintendo will just lose money, and that means worse games for us. I mean why are they leaving a huge gap between Pokemon Gold and Silver, as that has been out for the last to months over there. I don't mind if its still in creation as that usually means the game is getting better, but why the huge gap even when it is finished and out in PAL format.
So who is with me for release dates that are closer together when the GC and GBA are released!

good point. but i think they cant do release dates in all countries at the same time because it would cost too much money marketing. its like with films. they are always released in america a few months before we get them. it will always be the same and never change
