I'll be watching Lord of the Rings for the first time this week as it's on Sky Premier. I guess it might educate me a bit in the way of the beardy.

I hadn't really heard of the books until I saw news they were planning on making them into films a few years ago. But, I had seen the animated version... not that I can remember any of it other than the fact that some people had hairy feet.
