"SRW Eclipse - Grudge Match - Stone Edge Vs Jetster"

Well just moments ago here in SRW, a bruised and bandaged Reaver announced that the forthcoming Elimination Chamber event at SRW Breakdown will now be a 7 man competition, after some brutal and shocking scenes in SRW last week.

The referees enter the ring, as Stone Edge(Jae) releases the Figure 4 Leg Lock, but still Reaver(Ant) wails in pain! Stone Edge is being talked to by the referees, and it seems as though he’s willing to leave the ring – I say sack him! Fire the S O B! Throw the book at him (so long as the book’s 500lbs and on fire)! The referees are escorting him out of the ring – but he slides back in, picks up the shovel, and cracks it over Hebner’s head! And now Chiota gets a taste of some head! (Shovel head, folks, we are a family show!) Stone Edge whacks the remaining two referees, and now all four SRW referees have been laid out on the outside, as Stone Edge climbs out, and looks underneath the ring for something, but what else could he inflict on the now surely crippled Reaver?

He brings out… a cinder block! A goddamn cinder block! I know SRW’s cutting edge, but this is going too far! He slides the block into the ring, and has now also grabbed something that looks like twine, and re-enters the ring! He takes hold of Reaver (Ant)’s leg, and ties the left knee to the cinder block! This looks bad… I don’t even want to think of what Reaver’s in store for… the left side of the left knee has been tied to the block, meaning Reaver’s career is at stake! And Stone Edge (Jae)… no, I don’t believe it, he’s going under the ring again! And he brings out a sledgehammer! HHH is out here in spirit, ‘twould seem, folks! But Stone Edge isn’t going back in the ring – he’s going to the top turnbuckle! Good Lord! What’s he – JESUS CHRIST ALIVE! Right on the – my God! He... he… well, take a look at the damned action replay!

*Action replay plays*

(Stone Edge (Jae), standing on the top turnbuckle, places the sledgehammer under his arm, jumps off the top rope, and lands the head of the hammer right on the side of Reaver(Ant)’s shin bone, causing his knee to bend sideways on the cinder block)

And after that twisted performance by Stone Edge, he has been put into this matchup between he and Reaver’s buddy Jetster, who he himself suffered a fractured nose at the hands of Stone Edge. I say hands but it was a godamn shovel!! Jetster’s looking to get some revenge here and I believe we can go backstage… Let’s take a look….

*Camera swings to the Titan-Tron*

Jetster is pacing up and down the Elements locker room whilst Reaver looks on….

Reaver: ‘Look, will you stop pacing back and forth, It’s doing my head in’

Jetster: ‘I can’t, I just wanna get out there and kick that guys head in, and I mean, look what he done to you never mind me!’

Reaver: ‘I wanna get my hands on Stone Edge just as much as you do, but If you don’t stop pacing up and down this stupid locker room and start concentrating on your match then things could get even worse before the Elimination Chamber!’

Jetster: ‘Ok, Ok, Listen I don’t want you coming down to help me during this match, I know you’re angry but you’re in no fit state to wrestle.’

Jetster heads out his locker room but stops at the doorway…

‘Just stay there alright?…’

Jetster doesn’t wait for an answer and heads out of his locker room, psyching himself up as he heads to ringside…

‘Keep Rollin Rollin Rollin!!!’ Stone Edge, probably the most hated guy in the whole of SRW right now, emerges from backstage and receives a chorus of boo’s and jeers. He lifts his arms aloft with a sly smile before making his way down the rampway. He sneers and laughs at the crowd before climbing into the ring and awaiting his opponent.

‘Jetsters music hits’ a good reception of cheers goes up for Jetster! An on-looking Stone Edge stares up the rampway in a pose saying ‘Bring it!’ as the music plays, only for no Jetster to see?! What the hell’s gonna happen now, no Jetster, no match…where the heck is he?

HE’S RIGHT THERE, BEHIND STONE EDGE WITH A FREAKIN SHOVEL!!! STONE EDGE IS UNAWARE, IS HE GONNA GET A TASTE OF HIS OWN MEDICINE?!! No - as the Referee pulls it from him at the last second!! Jeez, how can these two men even think about laying a shovel to another human’s skull?!

Stone Edge is by now aware of Jetster’s presence and kicks him in the stomach. He lays a few punches to the fractured nose of Jetster, which is in a cast, before whipping him into the ropes and delivering a swift kick to the face of Jetster, who clutches his nose in agony, that must of hurt! Jetster shakes the pain off but is literally pushed into the corner by the twisted Stone Edge and gets unloaded on! He drags a dis-orientated Jetster out of the corner and delivers a DDT! My god, that’s not gonna do Jetster’s nose any good! Stone Edge sits up with a sly smile across his face, the fans begin to boo, what’s got into the mind of Stone Edge?!

Jetster crawls to the corner, trying to get some time to re-cooperate, whilst the dominant Stone Edge slowly walks alongside him, kicking him and making Jetster seem pathetic! The fans boo once more, this is too much of a one sided affair. Stone Edge waits until Jetster is lying face up in the corner before digging a boot into the throat of Jetster. The Referee counts to 5 and has to literally force Stone Edge off Jetster.

That sadistic smile appears across Stone Edge’s face once again, I think he’s thought of some sick and demented move to further damage that already fractured nose. He drags Jetster up before lifting him onto the turnbuckle in a Tree of Woe position! The crowd all let out signs of shock and worry as Stone Edge backs himself up into the corner, laughing. He can’t do this, Its gonna mangle Jetster’s nose up totally!! Stone Edge runs forcefully, with Jetster hanging upside down from the turnbuckle, waiting for the inevitable…No he can’t do this…SMACK!! STONE EDGE’S FEET FLY INTO FACE OF JETSTER, WHO’S NOSE IS BY NOW…NON-EXISTANT! Blood begins to trickle out of Jetster’s nose, this match is going way too far already and with Reaver in no fit state to help, Jetster may have to consider forfeiting this match.

Stone Edge could finish the match right now if he wanted to, but he’s not of course, he doesn’t want a wrestling match, he wants to infuriate Reaver enough to come down to the ring. He instead pulls Jetster along by his hair, whilst a weak Jetster tries to lay some offence, but he’s can’t get any power behind his punches. Stone Edge stares round at the crowd, laughing. He finally drags Jetster fully up, walks towards the corner turnbuckle and slams his head hard into it! Jetster staggers, and Stone Edge lifts him up by his feet and…Slams him face first into the mat!!

Stone Edge doesn’t stop there though, as he is quickly on Jetster and locks in a front face lock! This move is gonna be extremely difficult to get out of, never mind the fact that Stone Edge has it locked in the centre of the ring! Jetster swings some wild punches at the head of Stone Edge with his flailing arm, but he can’t get into a position for it to cause any damage! Jetster tries to push his way to the ropes as the crowd start getting behind him, but Stone Edge pulls him back towards the centre of the ring before he can mount any momentum! The referee asks Jetster if he wants to quit, he’s been in that move for quite some time now! A quick shake of the head is all that is needed and the referee backs away as Jetster drags himself towards the ropes! The crowd begin their cheers and chants once again as Jetster edges extremely close to the ropes… He has his hand up…. To tap or to grab that rope though??!!…

And Jetster grabs the bottom rope is the answer! Stone Edge is furious and un-wantingly releases the hold, he moves back before heading Jetster’s way with force… But Jetster grabs the top rope and Stone Edge goes flying over the ropes, slamming his arm into the guard rail as he lands! Could this be Jetster’s opportunity?! The crowd certainly think so as they try to get some momentum into Jetster, who is trying to pull himself up via the ropes. It’s a long time, but Stone Edge is still down clutching that right arm. Finally with a big cheer, Jetster manages to pull himself up, blood dripping from his nose and all. He staggers around a bit but looking at Stone Edge below, and now… Jetster heads towards the turnbuckle!! Where the heck is he finding energy?! He raises his arm aloft to the fans, just as Stone Edge is up and realising where he is… MONEY SHOT, MONEY SHOT FROM THE TOP ROPE TO THE OUTSIDE!!! JETSTER JUST HIT HIS FINISHING MANOEUVRE!! NOW SLIDE STONE EDGE INTO THE RING AND END THIS TORTURE GOD DAMNIT!!

But Jetster has no strength, as he lay on the outside motionless, along with Stone Edge who is clutching his face now, after that high flying manoeuvre! The Referee’s count is up to 6 when Jetster is the first up, he quickly shoves Stone Edge into the ring and covers him… 1… This could be a major upset! … 2… Come On….




But a kick out from Stone Edge in the nick of time!! The crowd sit back down again, this match isn’t quite over yet unbelievably. Jetster just lies in the same position over Stone Edge from when he was in the cover, the match has took quite a lot out of Jetster and most probably Stone Edge by the looks of things. Jetster rolls off Stone Edge and crawls on his hands and knees to the ropes, he drags himself up and leans against them. Stone Edge, sits up and slowly makes his way up, Jetster could take advantage here, but he’s too tired to do so. The two men stare at each other as the crowd chants Jetster’s name, much to the disliking of Stone Edge! He finally has enough and runs at Jetster, who ducks the wild swing at him, he slides under Stone Edge’s legs… but Stone Edge manages to grab a handful of hair! He drags him back through and literally throws Jetster into the corner turnbuckle… squashing the unfortunate referee behind him!

Jetster staggers out as the referee falls to the mat… AND STONE MENICINGLY GRABS JETSTER AND SHOVES HIM BENETH HIS LEGS…I THINK WE ALL KNOW WHAT TIME IT IS AS HE LIFTS JETSTER HIGH UP INTO THE AIR…STALLING…THEN SLAMMING HIM DOWN TO THE FORCE WITH A MASSIVE BANG!!! Stone Edge stands over the lifeless Jetster, laughing. He walks over to the referee and nudges him, but he’s out cold. This seems to make Stone Edge strangely happy as that sly smile forms across his face, he looks at the chairs on the outside… but instead turns back to Jetster and viciously grabs those legs…THE STONE WALLS!!!! HE HAS THE STONE WALLS LOCKED IN, AND THERE’S NO REFEREE TO STOP THIS MATCHUP!! JETSTER SCREAMS IN AGONY AND TAPS! BUT STONE EDGE WON’T LET GO AND THE CROWD ARE GOING NUTS!!

IT SEEMS AS IF THERES NOTHING ANYONE CAN DO… BUT OUT SUDDENLY COMES A BANDAGED AND BRUISED REAVER WITH CRUTCHES!! STONE EDGE IMMEDIATELY LETS GO OF JETSTER AND FOCUSES ALL HIS HATRED ON REAVER AS HE SLIDES OUT OF THE RING AND RUNS TOWARDS REAVER… WHO WHACKS HIM WITH HIS CRUTCHES!!! AND AGAIN, AGAIN, AGAIN AND AGAIN!! A WEEKS WORTH OF ANGER IS COMING OUT HERE!!

Reaver finally manages to snap out of it and remembers his lifeless buddy in the ring. He goes over to him and tries to get him out harms way… BUT HE CAN’T, AS HERE COMES THE 6ft 10, 315lbs HAWK!! HE RUNS PAST STONE EDGE AND SLIDES INTO THE RING…. HE SLUGS IT OUT WITH REAVER, UNTIL REAVER IS POWERLESS BUT TO GET BEATEN DOWN BY THE RELENTLESS HAWK!! THE CROWD LOOK ON IN DESPAIR AND SO TOO DOES JETSTER, THEY WANNA HELP, BUT THEY CAN’T!!


BUT WHO’S THAT COMING DOWN THE RAMPWAY…?!! IT’S THE CAW HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION – GRANDPRIX!! HE RUN’S UP TO STONE EDGE WHO HAS JUST MANAGED TO GET UP… AND DELIVERS A DEVASTATING FINISH LINE!!!! GRANDPRIX DOESN’T STOP THERE THOUGH AS HE SLIDES INTO THE RING, SLINGS HIS BELT DOWN AND PULLS HAWK OFF REAVER AND TRADES PUNCHES WITH HIM!!! GRANDPRIX GETS THE BETTER OF HAWK AND WHIPS HIM INTO THE ROPES…FINIS…NO…HAWK SCREWDRIVER!! HAWK SCREWDRIVER!!! MY GOD THIS MATCH, MATCH?? MORE LIKE FIGHT, IS INSANE!

AND HERE COMES SCOTTY DOGG AS HE RUNS DOWN THE RAMPWAY AND SLIDES INTO THE RING… HAWK AND SCOTTY STARE AT EACH OTHER… WHATS GONNA HAPPEN NEXT?!

BOOM!! AND SUDDENLY WE ARE IN PITCH DARKNESS AFTER A HUGE BANG CAME OUT OF NOWHERE. CAMERA FLASHES LIGHT THE PLACE UP… UNTIL THE LIGHTS COME BACK ON AND… ANARCHY, SCOTTY AND HAWK ARE BEATING ON GRANDPRIX AND REAVER!! THE TWO FACE’S TRY TO FIGHT BACK BUT ITS NO USE, IT’S A 3 ON 2 ATTACK!! WHERE THE HELL DID ANARCHY COME FROM?

Notice a trend here guys? Of who’s coming down the rampway?… WELL YOU SHOULD DO BECAUSE HERE COMES THE FINAL PARTICIPANT OF THE 7 MAN ELIMINATION CHAMBER AT BREAKDOWN… ITS THE CONG MAN!! HE SPRINTS DOWN TO THE RING… KNOCKING STONE EDGE DOWN ALONG THE WAY… AND SLIDES INTO THE RING…SURELY HE’S GONNA GO AFTER SCOTTY, WHAT WITH RECENT EVENTS! SCOTTY IS TO FIRST TO NOTICE HIM, BUT HE’S TOO LATE AS THE CONG MAN KNOCKS SCOTTY DOWN AND THEN SPINS HAWK ROUND AND DELIVERS A NEAT BELLY-TO-BELLY SUPLEX TO THE 315 POUNDER!! AND NOW HE STARES AT ANARCHY… THE GUYS HUGE… THE CONG MAN RUN’S AT LEAPS UP…BUT GETS LITERALLY PUSHED DOWN BY THE MONSTER ANARCHY! ANARCHY RUN’S OVER BUT GETS TAKEN DOWN BY THE CONG MAN AND LANDS FACE FIRST INTO THE CORNER TURNBUCKLE!

Everyone is down but Cong Man, until Grandprix and Reaver make their way up. The three breathe deeply, those attacks were quick one after another! The three men stare at each other… are they gonna fight, or are they leaving it till the Elimination Chamber? The belt lay in the middle of the ring, which all three men stare at. Reaver turns and drags Jetster out of the ring… I think he’s had enough for one night. The Cong Man also makes his way out of the ring… he’s saving his energy till the Elimination Chamber. Grandprix stays in the ring and grabs his belt. He raises his arms aloft and makes his way to the turnbuckle as his music plays out to the cheering crowd. He along with Cong Man & Reaver stand tall tonight, but who will leave Sunday night the champion? Make sure you tune in folks. This has been SRW Eclipse, and goodnight!

Hmm... Yeah. Top match leading to the Elimination Chamber nicely. Just one thing to go - My DoA promo! :D It will be up later along with the Break-Down card. :P

Nothing like a good brawl, especially before this mahusive match at the PPV.

It was the right ending, definitely, there's no way Jetster should have got the better of Stone Edge before the EC match. The emotion's running high, people can't contain themselves... it's all shaping up towards an amazing main event at BreakDown.

Well done, good match, great ending.

Nah it was cool, although I'd hate to read it out loud, you'd have a sore throat by the end.

Good match Scott. I wasn't expecting everyone to come down! This sets up the E.C perfectly. Will GP, Cong Man and Reaver team up to take out the other 4 heels and then let themselves fight each other? Or will they just fight anyone? Bring on BREAK-DOWN!


Oh and Figo, I think that was the match with the most ever caps used in it! :P
