Well finally after months of speculation Nintendo have officially opened their UK offices, along the Thames sit a load of offices with Nintendo people in...and although I won't be one of them for a long time yet I am damn excited...What does this mean you ask....well don't look at me I don't know but for one thing it could mean better European and UK release dates! as many of you know the Japanese have had the PS2 for almost a year and some people are only just getting theirs now! So the way we are treated isn't too pleasing to the game-a-holics of the UK but this might all stop, hopefully N:UK will be a big factor in the way things work in the UK.

As you know the GBA releases in Both the U.S and the UK have been brought forward to June and July and some president of marketting @ the new office opening says we can expect a load of GBA launch news just after Pokémon GS GBC is released in Mid April!!!

Boy this sounds good, for Big N fans anyway. I hope this office thing is just the start of more direct Nintendo involevment in the UK, if all goes to plan, my plan that is, then we should see more news and events to boost the GBA and Gamecube in the UK, and the more the merrier and plus if there is even more than the more to mkae it merrier then we might just see those PAL format games coming on the horizon a lot faster than they are now!

So Nintendo UK - Just Bring It

So why are they releasing the game in America,

I'll explain Nintendo for some bizzare reason Nintendo didn't think we would like it so dicided not to distribute it over here but THQ believe it will do excelently (Which it will) so it is now coming out over here.

Bad comment because the game is only for the mature age, but he's right there's no reason why not they should release it.

Nintendo will release ConkersBadFurDay over here, there shouldnt be any backlash against the game there are more gorey and violent games out there already! Perfect Dark being one, Resident Evil being another!

It shouldnt damage Nintendos reputation as Rare are making the game not Nintendo themselves!

The truth behind the CBFD is that Nintendo didn't want to release a game that would damage there 'family company' quota. They disregarded CBFD's release in europe and left the game for the rest of the world.
I personally cant see Nintendos problem, other companies release gory games, but then again no game ever before is like CBFD. its just plain sick.

THQ on the other hand want money, and couldn't give a stuff about what people think of them, they know that CBFD will sell in its hundreds of thousands across europe and they will make money on a game they didn't even make.

I say well down to THQ as they know that to survive you must take risks, they have brought a dirty game and are going to risk the launch in europe. It will have an 18 rating, but that wont stop every n64 owner in the country of thinking of buying it..

..kids will buy it for a laugh while merry on penny sweets, adults will buy it for a laugh while drunk, and others will buy it for just a solid game that leaks brilliance...

Well Done THQ. It can't do you any harm

P.S Just remember NoMercy!
