Me and a mate took a trip into Cambridge town centre yesterday. He was wearing one of those "118" vests, and only one person shouted "Got your number". ONE person throughout the whole of Cambridge town centre! That's why I'm that word in the topic title.

Probably because people are more reserved through fear of being beaten/mugged.

That is terrible, people must be more educated in the ..118..'GOT YOUR NUMBER' way of life!
