Well, my friends, I believe there is a darker reason. The governments and intelligence agencies are aware of it, I think. They are covering it up, to prevent mass panic. What we are looking at here people is an attempt by someone - terrorists or other - to catapult the world back into the Stone Age. These people are "testing the system" if you like, finding out how to shut down major grids, causing widespread panic and anarchy. Because imagine it. No power. Therefore no computers, television, radio or communication devices. Ordinary civilians will have no idea what is ahppening. Lawlessness will erupt. Chaos will rule.
