I have to go see The Darkness live tomorrow. As opposed to seeing The Darkness die, which I'd much prefer.

This kid at college LOVES The Darkness. He says they're the best band in the world and all their singles will get to number one.
He's also the kid who prefers Queen over all other modern bands (apart from The Darkness, it seems) which means I can't take his opinion seriously.
Therefore, without ever listening to their songs (save for a few brief shots of their video on the music channels) I have decided they suck. And plenty of people appear to agree with me.

You can't beat a bit of the darkness to liven the old spirit.
I'm seeing the Super Furry Animals on the 25th October, at Leeds Union. Gonna be great, hopefully.
I still like The Darkness.
