Imagine what could happen if we let people do that. Apache runs as the same user all the time, so everyone would be trying to edit the same crontab. That'd be good wouldn't it!
What about putting the cron line into a vfile, uploading it and running crobtab [filename] in a PHP or PERL script?
There is no user access to the crontab on the Freeola web servers. If you were clever enough, you could get something to run repeatedly, but the answer to your question is still no.
